欢迎使用 PickPic。使用本应用即表示你同意本使用条款。

应用用途

PickPic 用于将你拍摄或导入的照片处理成贴纸素材，并保存到本地素材库。你应确保你有权处理、保存和分享你导入的图片内容。

PickPic Super

PickPic Super 是通过 Apple App Store 提供的自动续期订阅服务。Super 可能提供更多云识别额度、高清或原图质量保存等能力。具体权益可能随版本更新调整，但我们会尽量保持核心付费能力清晰可见。

订阅、续期与取消

• 订阅购买、续期、取消和退款由 Apple 处理。
• 订阅会自动续期，除非你在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。
• 你可以在 iOS 的 Apple ID 订阅管理中查看、管理或取消订阅。
• 免费试用、价格、周期和可用地区以 App Store 展示为准。

用户内容

你保留你导入照片和生成贴纸的权利。你需要自行负责使用这些内容时是否侵犯他人的肖像权、版权、商标权或其他权利。

禁止行为

• 不得使用 PickPic 处理、生成或分享违法、侵权或有害内容。
• 不得尝试绕过订阅、额度或服务限制。
• 不得滥用云识别服务或干扰服务运行。

服务变更

我们可能会根据产品迭代、法律要求或技术原因调整、暂停或终止部分功能。我们会尽量避免影响你已保存在本地的素材。

免责声明

PickPic 按“现状”提供。识别结果、抠图效果和贴纸质量可能因图片内容、设备性能和网络状态而不同。我们不保证应用在所有情况下都完全无错误或不中断。

Welcome to PickPic. By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Purpose of the App

PickPic turns photos you capture or import into sticker assets and saves them to a local material library. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process, store, and share the images you use.

PickPic Super

PickPic Super is an auto-renewable subscription offered through the Apple App Store. Super may provide additional cloud recognition quota, high-definition or original-quality sticker storage, and related features. Benefits may change as the product evolves, but we will aim to keep paid capabilities clear.

Subscription, Renewal, and Cancellation

• Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• You can view, manage, or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings on iOS.
• Trials, prices, periods, and availability are shown in the App Store.

User Content

You retain rights to your imported photos and generated stickers. You are responsible for making sure your use of those materials does not violate any person's publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.

Prohibited Conduct

• Do not use PickPic to process, generate, or share illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to bypass subscription, quota, or service limits.
• Do not abuse the cloud recognition service or interfere with service operation.

Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for product, legal, or technical reasons. We will try to avoid affecting sticker assets already stored locally on your device.

Disclaimer

PickPic is provided “as is.” Recognition results, cutout quality, and sticker quality may vary depending on image content, device performance, and network conditions. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted in all cases.
